Download Office 2016 Backup Images from Microsoft

The following links point to the official download server officecdn.microsoft.com. Instead of ISO format, they come as IMG images. These files are pure backup media, and can't be installed without a retail product key.

The IMG images are not the same as the "Single Image" downloads that used to be available from Digital River, but offline versions of the streaming "Click-to-Run" version, with all disadvantages associated with that. Windows service status, you can check the event log for more information about errors. If it is a third-party service, you may need to contact its developer.
However, it's worth checking the registry entry for a particular service and checking its status.
Go to : HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\YourService\DeleteFlag.

Occasionally when a program is uninstalled the associated service is not removed but marked for deletion requiring a reboot to complete the process. This can occur where another process has an open handle to the service, for example the services console was open at the time of removal.

To delete the service without rebooting the machine the sc delete command may be used which deletes the service's entry from the registry.

sc delete [service name]

For example:

sc delete "Advanced Monitoring Agent"

sc delete Advanced Monitoring Agent
