Jak najprościej zdiagnozować problemy z aktualizacją klienta.

Przeglądamy logi na klientach w lokalizacji: %systemroot%\WindowsUpdate.log

odpalamy na komputerach cmd i wpisujemy komendę wuauclt.exe /reportnow

wpisujemy polecenie

wuauclt /resetauthorization /detectnow

restartuje ona autoryzacje i pozwala na ponowne pobranie poprawek

Dodatkowo czyścimy folder z poprawkami oraz log systemowy

Najpierw zatrzymujemy serwis następnie kasujemy folder softwaredistribution oraz log

net stop wuauserv
del c:\winnt\softwaredistribution\*.* /s/q
del c:\windows\softwaredistribution\*.* /s/q

Po usunięciu starych wpisów ponownie uruchamiamy proces

net start wuauserv

a następnie wymuszamy ponowną aktualizację poprawek na komputerze klienta

wuauclt /resetauthorization /detectnow.

Jeżeli to nie pomoże sprawdzamy IIS

Logujemy się z klienta na serwer poprzez przeglądarkę i sprawdzamy czy jest odpowiedź z serwera.

czyścimy cookies i temp internet files

i znów puszczamy komendę

wuauclt.exe /detectnow.

sprawdzamy loga

%systemroot%\WindowsUpdate.log

i patrzymy czy błędy zginęły.

Oczywiście przed uruchomieniem polecenia

wuauclt.exe /detectnow

najlepiej usunąć loga zatrzymując serwis komendą

net stop wuauserv

Jeżeli to nie pomaga warto jeszcze sprawdzić czy serwer posiada najnowsze aktualizacje WSUS - obecnie opublikowany jest dodatek SP2

Jeżeli nie ma wgranej najnowszej wersji WSUS wgraj ją naprawia ona wiele problemów.
