Delprof.exe is a command-line utility that you can use to delete user profiles on a local or remote computers running Windows 2000, Windows XP, and Windows Server 2003.

Usage examples:

Delete all cached copies of roaming profiles on the local machine:

delprof /q /i /r

Delete all profiles not used for 5 days on computer server_name:

delprof /q /i /c:\\server_name /d:5

Microsoft's Delprof is not compatible with Windows 7  and 2008 R2.
