After installing a new instance of the server MSSQL may prove that the sa account is disabled.
Turn the database administrator account - SA with the command:
Launching 'sa' account - ALTER LOGIN sa ENABLE
Exclusion of 'sa' account - ALTER LOGIN sa DISABLE
How to do this: Go to the Query window -> press Command -> proceed Query.
