A fix for laptops black screen issue after updates:
Go to Registry Editor (in the search type "regedit.exe")
Go to
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Control\Class\{4d36e968-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318}\0000
Next, find or create DWORD32 with the name:
MD_EnableBrightnesslf2
KMD_EnableBrightnessInterface2
Set both to 0 or 1.
Install AMD VGA DRIVER 13.15.2
In Device Manager, restart your graphic card.
Test your LCD brightness settings with FN + F4 keys.
